Welcome to the Ranch!

Rocking M Ranch offers riding for all disciplines, ages, and experience levels. We serve everyone and anyone that has a desire to ride and learn about horses. Rocking M Ranch is a family operation managed by Crystal and Johnny Mindedahl.

Rocking M Ranch provides riding lessons, competitive instruction, and boarding. Our facility is best known by word of mouth as "The Old SCAD Barn" and was inhabited by SCAD's Equestrian Team for about five years. The 60 acre ranch is located directly at the intersection of I-16 and Dean Forest Road (Hwy 307) and can be seen as you drive along I-16. We have a 14 stall barn, a large competition size arena, in-barn tack room and several spacious pastures.

Management personnel live on-site and boarded horses live on a dependable schedule. Boarding clients are welcome to bring their own trainer for lessons, farrier for shoeing, and vet for medical care.
